All information provided by this application, including AI-generated safety reports, OSHA analysis, toolbox talks, and violation data, is provided "as is" without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. AI-generated content is produced by third-party artificial intelligence systems and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated regulatory information. Users are solely responsible for verifying all safety and compliance information with qualified safety professionals and current OSHA regulations before taking any action.

License & Permitted Use
This application is licensed, not sold. MySite Safe Solutions LLC grants each authorized customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this application solely for internal business purposes at the licensed site location. This license does not permit sharing access credentials with unauthorized users; reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the application; using the application to develop competing products or services; or removing any copyright or proprietary notices. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the license.
Governing Law
This application and these terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and applicable federal laws of the United States. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of this application shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Arkansas. Each party shall be responsible for its own legal fees and costs. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitrations are not permitted. By using this application, you expressly waive the right to trial by jury.
Data We Collect
We collect information you provide when registering or using the app, including your name, email address, company name, and the safety data you enter (violations, corrective actions, safe work visits). We also collect device information for push notifications (FCM tokens) with your explicit consent.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide the MySite Safety application's features: displaying your violation history, generating safety scores, enabling corrective action workflows, and delivering push notifications. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to any third party.
Data Storage & Security
All data is stored securely in Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure. Each customer's data is isolated in separate database collections. Firebase employs industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. MySite Safe Solutions LLC does not have direct access to your raw data outside of the application.
Third-Party Services
This application uses the following third-party services: Firebase (Google) for authentication and database; Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications; and Groq AI for AI-generated safety analysis features. When you use AI features, selected violation data is transmitted to Groq AI for processing. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information into AI analysis fields.
Data Sharing
MySite Safe Solutions LLC does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except: (a) as required by applicable law or legal process; (b) to protect the rights, property, or safety of MySite Safe Solutions LLC, its users, or the public; or (c) with service providers (Firebase, Groq) strictly necessary to operate the application under confidentiality obligations.
Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at support@mysitesafesolutions.com. Account deletion requests will be processed within 30 days. Note that some data may be retained as required by applicable law or legitimate business purposes.
